Start one project so it stays on track

A session to help you start work well.

A 90-minute working session, one-on-one. You bring one real piece of work. You leave with a written record of what the work will produce and who owns it, ready to put in front of your team the same day.

$150 for the first 5; $250 after.

You are working on a project that’s still pretty new. Today, two people on the team describe the goal a little differently. A decision from the first week is back on the table. And you cannot say what “done” looks like without getting people together to re-decide it.

The project “start” wasn’t documented, so the work keeps coming back to be redefined instead of moving forward.

Contributors setting up work and keeping it moving and visible to their leader.

Leaders starting an initiative they can’t afford to have run off track.

We work through several questions about one piece of work. By the end, you have decided issues a project usually skips and pays for later.

  • What this work commits to produce, and how you’ll know it happened
  • Who owns it, and who has the authority to change its scope
  • The approach you’re starting with
  • What has to stay true for the work to succeed
  • What would tell you to stop, back up, or start over

The work initiation is done with you, not for you, so what you leave with is yours, and your team recognizes it as yours.

$150 for the first 5; $250 after.

A completed record for your project, sent to you after the call. It states the one thing the work will produce and the real evidence that it matters.

You also get two short guides for keeping the record alive once the work is moving: how to write an update people actually read, and which decisions are worth recording. That way you’re set up to maintain it on your own after the session.

A week or two after the session, send me your first progress update. I’ll read it and write back once with a real reaction. I want to see this working in your actual week, not just on the call.

If you’d rather do this yourself, the $29 guide walks you through the same sequence and includes the templates for starting and updates. This session is that guide, run live with me on your own work, for the parts that are hardest to do alone: naming the outcome and working through scope and dependencies.

If it’s not one project but a whole team whose work has to fit together, you need a longer engagement. This session is one piece of work, set up right, in one sitting.
