We work through several questions about one piece of work. By the end, you have decided issues a project usually skips and pays for later.

What you leave with
A completed record for your project, sent to you after the call. It states the one thing the work will produce and the real evidence that it matters.
You also get two short guides for keeping the record alive once the work is moving: how to write an update people actually read, and which decisions are worth recording. That way you’re set up to maintain it on your own after the session.
I stay in it with you
A week or two after the session, send me your first progress update. I’ll read it and write back once with a real reaction. I want to see this working in your actual week, not just on the call.
