Give Your Work a Memory
Your team is capable. The work should show it.

Give Your Work a Memory is a project-sized engagement for team leaders who are watching good work take longer than it should and deliver less than the team originally planned. The size of the pilot depends on the complexity of the project.
It installs three habits on one active initiative: naming what the team is committed to producing, recording decisions as they’re made, and tracking real progress rather than activity. For complex projects, the pilot adds a coordination pass that lines up each person’s plan before the work starts.
By the end, the team has a set of working templates they use and a practice that stops erosion between conversations.
