Hi! I’m Amy Kennedy.

I champion the “tech to exec” path to add voices to the table.
I started as a coder, then transitioned to customer-facing roles, and back again. That blend of deep tech and business empathy showed me both sides of every problem. Through the years, I executed on enough decisions to realize that when technical insight isn’t in the conversation, everyone pays for it later.
For 26 years I’ve led remote, nationally scattered product teams. I learned to master clear communication, build unity, and develop practices without sharing a water-cooler or coffee pot.
I believe technical professionals become game-changing leaders when they shift to outcomes, frame their expertise in the value story, and learn to negotiate, influence, and decide. I’ve mentored practitioners who made that shift and added fluency in commerce to their technical competencies.
