Course
Leading Yourself
Take Control of your Career
Tuesdays, October 6 – November 28
$500
8 weekly sessions
This is the first course of a series that will prime you for a seat at the table.
This course helps you pull the best work out of yourself and others in 2 4-week sprints. Sprint 1 is about your best work; Sprint 2 is about working with others.

Go from Burn-out to Energized because You are in the Driver’s Seat
The hardest person you will ever lead is yourself. The good news is that you can do it!
Have you ever thought…
- How did I get here? I’m not learning anything in this role
- I am not “clicking” with my teammates. I feel alone.
- I wish my results didn’t depend on others. I don’t know how to work with them.
Me, too!
… until I realized I can learn from every role and I can control my own work and even influence others (most of the time).
You can lose your way without realizing it. Leaders who organize their work and work well with others find their way. They find their place.
Your goal:
Pull the best work out of yourself and others.
What you will learn
A 2-month (8 weeks) live course to develop perspectives, skills, and rhythms to take charge of your career and work well with colleagues.
By the end of this course, you’ll be able to:
- follow rhythms to plan, execute, and review your own work
- observe yourself and others to grow your EQ
- network effectively, even if you skew “introvert”
- negotiate and collaborate to achieve together
The net effect: you are more comfortable in your own “work skin”. You have a plan for excellence and you’re better at pulling excellence out of others.
Sprint 1:
- Understand Your Best Work
- Do Your Best Work
- Planning and Debriefing
Sprint 2:
- Learn How to Read Yourself and Read the Room
- Create meaningful relationships
- Work together to achieve more
