Workshop
Group Think Done Right
Master the Art of Thinking as a Team
September 19, 2 PM EDT
$100
90 minute
Transform your meetings from mind-numbing to effective.

“Group think” has a bad name because it’s usually done wrong
Your team needs to think together to get work done together.
Have you ever thought…
- Were we even in the same meeting?
- There is NO WAY I’m going to air my dirty laundry in here!
- It sounds like the same old ideas being rehashed. Again.
Me, too!
… until I experienced using practical tools on a team that stands out as the best team experience of my career
When people don’t communicate safely or clearly, meetings lose all value. Leaders who can align minds create momentum and get recognized for it.
Your goal:
Become the person who makes the room productive.
What you will learn
A 90‑minute live workshop to turn meetings into engines of progress.
By the end of this workshop, you’ll be able to:
- run meetings that surface truth without fear. You’ll open with a clear “rules of engagement” script, use neutral prompts that draw out quiet voices, and apply a quick check so people can raise concerns without blame.
- avoid the echo chamber by including differing perspectives, whether or not those perspectives walked into the room. You’ll have a checklist to ensure you’ve covered the bases.
- have confidence you have communicated clearly with three mental models that spark conversation by shining light on assumptions.
You’ll also leave with a lightweight agenda blueprint and a one-page decision log you can copy on the spot, plus follow-up language that closes loops and sets expectations.
The net effect: your team leaves every meeting clear on what was decided, who’s doing what, and why, and you’re seen as the leader who made that clarity happen.
The Framework:
- One Fundamental principle
- Two Methods to overcome the echo chamber
- Three Mental models to promote truly communicating
This course references several well-regarded frameworks, including:
- Five Dysfunctions of a Team & Working Genius, Pat Lencioni
- Six Thinking Hats, Ed DeBono
- Situation Awareness, M.R. Endsley
- Mental Models, Charlie Munger
