practical application
Start one project so it stays on track
A session to help you start work well.
A 90-minute working session, one-on-one. You bring one real piece of work. You leave with a written record of what it commits to produce and who owns it, ready to put in front of your team the same day.
$150 for the first 5; $250 after.

Work with me
You are working on a project that’s still pretty new. Today two people on the team describe the goal a little differently. A decision from the first week is back on the table. And you cannot say what “done” looks like without getting people together to re-decide it.
Who buys this
Contributors setting up work and keeping it moving and visible to their leader.
Leaders starting an initiative they can’t afford to have run off track.
Your team is capable and committed, but the “start” wasn’t documented, so the work keeps coming back to be relitigated instead of moving forward.
Your goal:
Start work well and set it up to make progress.
What we do in 90 minutes
We set up one piece of work live, together. I ask, you decide, and we write it down as we go. By the end, you have answered the questions a project usually skips and pays for later.
- What this work commits to produce, and how you’ll know it happened
- Who owns it, and who has the authority to change its scope
- The approach you’re starting with
- What has to stay true for the work to succeed
- What would tell you to stop, back up, or start over
How it works:
- Book the live session and answer the questions
- Receive a Work Initiation document with your named outcome
- Use the templates to provide updates
Your plan, your work.
You do the deciding. I run the session and keep us on track. It’s done with you, not for you, so what you leave with is yours, and your team recognizes it as yours.
$150 for the first 5; $250 after.
What you leave with
A completed record for your project, written up and sent to you after the call. It states the one thing the work will produce and the real evidence it mattered.
You also get two short guides for keeping the record alive once the work is moving: how to write an update people actually read, and which decisions are worth recording. That way you’re set up to maintain it on your own after the session.
I stay in it with you
A week or two after the session, send me your first progress update. I’ll read it and write back once with a real reaction. I want to see this working in your actual week, not just on the call.
Where this fits
If you’d rather do this yourself, the $29 guide walks you through the same sequence and includes the templates for starting and updates. This session is that guide, run live with me on your own work, for the parts that are hardest to do alone: naming the outcome and working through scope and dependencies.
If it’s not one project but a whole team whose work has to fit together, that’s the pilot, a longer engagement. This session is one piece of work, set up right, in one sitting.
